Sparkler Cocktail Recipe


  • 40ml Otto’s Athens Vermouth
  • 15ml Skinos Mastiha Spirit
  • 10ml Campari
  • Tonic water
  • Capers (optional



Step One

Fill a tall glass with ice and add the vermouth, mastiha and Campari.

Step Two

Stir with a long spoon until the exterior is cold to the touch, and strain into a glass.

Step Three

Stir the ingredients together and top with tonic water. Add three capers on a cocktail stick if you want an extra savoury kick.
