SPARKLER COCKTAIL RECIPE
Sparkler Cocktail Recipe
- 40ml Otto’s Athens Vermouth
- 15ml Skinos Mastiha Spirit
- 10ml Campari
- Tonic water
- Capers (optional
Fill a tall glass with ice and add the vermouth, mastiha and Campari.
Stir with a long spoon until the exterior is cold to the touch, and strain into a glass.
Stir the ingredients together and top with tonic water. Add three capers on a cocktail stick if you want an extra savoury kick.
