This fantastic cask strength Caol Ila really punches on the nose, with burnt seaweed, beachfront bonfire and plenty of tropical fruit - namely, pineapple and passionfruit. On the palate this expression is salty, waxy and full of life. The finish is long and lingering, with cured meats and BBQ embers, and leaves a smoky impression long after your glass is empty.
