Cartron has been a family business since 1882, with strong roots in the town of Nuits-Saint-Georges at the heart of Burgundy’s cru vineyards. The soil of this region has been producing high quality fruit for centuries, which for have been used in the production of Burgundy wines, or fruits to produce juices, liqueurs and fruit brandies.
Tasting Notes: Fruity, round, light and beautiful finesse, eau -de-vie poire Williams Joseph cartron comes the best vineyards of the hautes cotes de beaune and the monts du Lyonnais.
The first nose has ripe fruit with a discreet aromatic freshness. The second after stirring nose, aromas rise and intensify. Nice fruity middle of a beautiful finesse without any heaviness or default. The texture is round, fat and harmonised well with the fruit.
