D. Ulrich Vermouth Umberto Bianco Superiore

First made in 1854 from a recipe by Dr Domenico Ulrich, and it is now produced by the Marolo Distillery which is fulfilling its dream of reviving production of the historic brand from Torino. Thanks to a masterly mix of wines from Piemonte with herbaceous and spicy botanicals, the result is an elegant Vermouth with rich and vibrant notes of elderberry, vanilla and rose. It is precisely the natural feature of the formula which gives it’s unique and unmistakable character. A Superiore designation is respecting particular rules: eg minimum alcohol content of 17%, at least 5 botanicals grown in Piemonte (not only the wormwood like for the other vermouth di Torino) and a minimum of 75% wine used from Piemonte.
