Dolin Bitter de Chambéry, crafted by the last remaining vermouth house under the Chambéry appellation, is a fruity and floral infusion of plants, herbs, and fruits. Its smooth texture evolves from bitterness to honey, offering a lighter and more delicate experience than your usual Spritz! The nose captures elegance and liveliness, with cranberries providing the perfect touch of acidity and bitterness, accompanied by notes of grenadine, strawberry, dark chocolate, and heady flowers like rose and peony. On the palate, it delights with precise red fruit flavours, refreshing the palate with its bitterness. The finish is long and silky, transitioning from bitterness to honey, with hints of elderberry and cranberries.
In 1821, Dolin was situated in the kingdom of Piemont-Sardinia. Ferdinand Dolin, always looking for the newest trends, drew inspiration from the fashion of Italian bitters to develop his own creation.
