Domaine des Bartelettes is located in the Alpine Savoie region of France. Mondeuse is a local red grape variety which is rapidly growing in popularity, and this is a delicious example made by local winegrower Gilles Clerc. Unoaked and bursting with raspberry and wild cherry fruit, light-bodied with a lovely refreshing edge and ripe, grainy tannins. Delicious served lightly chilled.

Le Vigneron Savoyard is small co-operative of vinegrowers in the mountainous cool climate Savoie region of Southeast France, which runs from Geneva into the French Alps. Founded in 1952 as the Chautagne Cooperative, in 2016, they merged with the Apremont Cooperative, allowing them to offer a wide range of wines from across the region, some of which are still vinified as single estate or domaine wines. These are fresh, distinct and extremely food friendly wines, with moderate ABVs and clean, precise winemaking across the range

Mondeuse is a local red grape variety which is related to Syrah, but presents in a lighter style, offering a great alternative to Pinot Noir and Gamay. The wines from Domaine des Bartelettes are made exclusively by winegrower Gilles Clerc, who vinifies his own grapes in the co-operative's winery.  This is unoaked and bursting with raspberry and wild cherry fruit, with a lovely thread of refreshing acidity and ripe, grainy tannins. Delicious served lightly chilled.
