FAIR. Pomegranate Liqueur

Made using Fairtrade certified pomegranate from Uzbekistan, considered as the ‘fruit of paradise’ in ancient cultures. It’s not only its juiciness but also its nutritional value that makes it so irresistible. Essence of the fruits is extracted through a maceration process.

Slow and progressive reduction by adding fair-trade liquid sugar, natural pomegranate flavor and demineralised water to get a perfect harmonization.

STYLE: Clear, crimson red.
NOSE: Jammy pomegranate and cranberry, hints of cherry.
PALATE: Richly pomegranate flavoured palate sweet, tart acidity which balances the sugar.
FINISH: Sweet mouth feel with fresh pomegranate.
