Slowly infused with herbs foraged and farmed locally in Ibiza, Veenus has taken a tradition going back years and brought it forward into contemporary culture. Goldtooth Blanco is made with the abundant flowers that spring up in Ibiza during the wetter months of January and February. Produced in small batches its flavour has a lighter profile of orange, jasmine and dandelion blossoms and stable base notes of lemon verbena, lemon balm and wormwood. 15% ABV and a 4.5 week production process. Serve over ice or with a wedge of lemon and some tonic or soda water for a refreshing spritz.
