Kombucha is a fermented tea, prepared using a combination of tea leaves, water, sugar and a SCOBY (symbiotic culture of bacteria and yeast). These components are left to ferment in a warm environment for a period of time leaving you with a delightful, invigorating and nutrient rich soft drink.
The JARR journey has always been motivated by a commitment to transform drinking behaviours, starting with an idea in Los Angeles and moving to their current brewery in Oudenaarde, Belgium. JARR aim to change how soft drinks are viewed by reimagining what a soft drink can be, by means of ancient traditions adapted for the modern world.
