Similar to their Small Beer and Pale Ale, the Kernel’s IPA uses a benchmark mash bill to showcase various hop varieties. This mash bill, however, is richer and more full-bodied in order to stand up to the higher quantity of aromatic and bittering hops used in each brew. This iteration, brewed with the unique Galaxy hop from Australia, offers a full body and notes of citrus, peach and passionfruit.
