Brewed using 200g of fresh Kent raspberries for every litre of beer, this fruit-filled beer is perfect for a summer’s day. Based on mash bill with a high-wheat content, this sour ale has a gentle spritz, offering a rich and velvety mouthfeel. While remaining dairy-free the beer is gently soured with lactobacillus, adding crisp acidity to heighten the ripe red fruit notes.
