Metté Marc De Gewurztraminer Vendage Tardive 1983

Marcs of Gewürztraminer from late harvests. After a natural fermentation, they are distilled twice in their copper pot stills. Their Gewürztraminer marc eau de vie is aged for at least ten years in stainless steel vats before being bottled. Consume it as a digestive at 13°c in a tulip glass.
