We don't add sugar, preferring to tap Canadian maple trees to create a delicious and naturally ocurring sweetness. The main flavours of Moose are maple syrup, chilli and mint, making it a good heart to a number of cocktails. Tasting Notes: Moose has a lovely rich unctuous nose of honey, maple and a slight touch of fresh herb. On the palate, syrupy yet not too sweet, dark chocolate, marmalade, warm espresso and brewed peppermint. Long savoury finish that lasts forever.
