Pot Luck is a low-intervention vegan Pet-Nat sparkling wine, using the classic South African grape Pinotage. Grown 500 feet above sea level, in red, coffee-stone soil in the Swartland region, this wine offers up flavours of quince, roasted peach and wild red berries and frothy, persistent bubbles. Unfiltered, so the yeasts add a pleasing textural richness to the mouthfeel.
