Pinot Grigio Blush 2015 La Delizia

The Friuli Venezia Giulia Region's plain is a significant portion of the production area. The nature of the soil and the notably moderate climate in this region, which is well-known for its extensive winemaking skills, have helped to establish the ideal conditions for the vine growth. The classic "white method" of vinification is used. The grapes are destemmed, macerated for 6 to 8 hours with the skins on, gently pressed, and then the alcohol is fermented at a low temperature. Modern techniques are used to bottle the wine after the stabilisation process.
