One of the great German wine estates, Zilliken are based in the Saar valley. This is a dry Riesling from 60-130-year-old vines, fermented and aged in large old neutral oak barrels. Aromas of summer flowers, orange blossom, apricot and lime. This linear beauty walks a taut line of citrus and herbal spice with fine, stony acidity.
